In 2010 I made the original piece but decided to remake it to see how much my coloring has progressed.

I used the original sprited from Metroid 2: Return of Samus (GBA) for the screen and although you can't see, the text is actually a wiki article on the physyology of the baby metroid.
On my original I wanted to make it more painted directly, but honestly I think it plays to my strengths when I use some inks, so I changed it this time.
I want to remake some of my old art more, it's fun.
