Description
The Puppet is about Man who has become slaves to sin...Each string symbolizes sin... Who enticed and deceived man? Satan... So the puppeteer is Satan... Telling man to do this and that... though man knows he should not do it, he still do it... HE becomes a slave to sin.. and the wages of sin is DEATH...
But there is hope... God can break your chains if you'll only allow Him to... The reason why Jesus died on the cross is to ransom us... We deserve death but God wants us to live with Him... and so He died in the cross for us... We should be the one crucified on that cross, but He died for us instead... for there is no other way for us to live.... A sinner cannot save another sinner... We cant save another man, our family, our friends... we cant even save ourselves... We need Someone BLAMELESS, SINLESS... That is Jesus Christ... A man only Jesus cant save us... But praise God... Jesus is God Himself in the flesh... God who emphatize with us in our sufferings.. He understands us... When Jesus prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane, there he felt what we felt whenever we are tempted... that's why he sweat blood... He knows our struggles... He was tempted but He never sinned....
There is hope people...
The other character is a Christian, a believer... We are accountable to God if we know someone, dying (spiritually), but we dont share to them the good news.... How can they believe if they dont hear.. and how can they hear if nobody will tell them???
The sword there symbolizes the Word of God (remember the Armor of God in Ephesians 6:10-18), the Sword of the Spirit...
Again, God can break our bondages if we'll only allow Him... All we have to do is ask His forgiveness, repent and believe... If we find it difficult to leave that sin, PRAY for God's strength to turn away from that sin and then RUN to God for refuge... Dont listen to Satan, satan will always tell us that we couldnt make it, we cant change.... But God can change us...

This is such a striking art piece! What a way to glorify God! I like what you put in the description about Jesus and Him dying to save us and that is the only way...to accept Him..man the retreat i went to explains alot too and yes i am convicted and made a commitment to share the Gospel cause it tells of my living testimony to Him..i wanna cont doing it..

Yes...well i was able to do it through text and or im...i just ask a guy how his relationship with God was and encouraged him to read the Bible and I'm gonna check up on him everyday and get to the deeper point..i really believe its a process and that there are certain people who were destined for that mission here on earth

Why? you can share to people... sometimes we are scared of the peoples' reaction when we share.. they may be hostile, reject you, get angry, never talk to you again.. but that's what it takes in following Christ.. i even lost a friend because of my faith... i feel bad.. but i know, what's more important to me is my relationship with God... when we share to other people God's love, the purpose why Christ died, it's our way of showing God how we love Him and how we also care for His people...

The free one, the Christian, standing firm for his faith, Bible in hand.
And the Sword of the Spirit isn't just for self-defense. If people will allow us, we can win them for God by cutting off their strings!

Wow! That' is so deep, and so true. I love how you used the puppet/puppeteer thing to descirbe Satan's grip over us...the fact that she was held up by strings and that the Word of God was a Sword was an excellent way to utilize that verse....because it can cut those strings off!
