Alright, folks--I need opinions. See, a few nights ago, I was hit by a burst of sheer artistic insanity and somehow got the notion that I just *had* to do a print. This is the concept I came up with--yes, I know, a dragon, how original, shut up. This a just sort of a preview of it, sans background or coloring, which I'd do in photoshop (markers just don't work for drawings like this.) Now, what I want to know is this--do you think this drawing is good enough to put in a print, and do you think that people would actually *buy* it? Keep in mind that it still lacks color, background, etc., which I intend to spend a great deal of time on. Also, I intend for there to be more space around the dragon--it wouldn't be this cramped, but like I said, this is just a preview.So--do you think it's worth trying to make this into a print?
(Also, if anyone has any suggestions for a background, I'm all ears =_=. I was contemplating a seascape, myself, but I just don't know...)
I'm putting this in my deviation gallery now, but it will likely be moved to the scrapbook at some eventuality.

I don't buy a lot of pictures of dragons---hell, I don't buy a lot of pictures of anything, not prints, anyway, but I can't see why this wouldn't work fine for people who DO. For the background, I envisioned a desert or some kind of wasteland, possibly a sunset. I think whatever it looks like, you should color it to match your dragon there.
I kinda want to turn the whole thing 5-10 degrees clockwise to make the wings point more...horizontal, rather than diagonal. Would that screaw everything up?

The rock confuses me for some reason. I think it throws off my perspective because of a lack of mass amounts of shading.

Oh dear! That HAS to be the pwettiest dragon i've seen to this day!!*_____* I adore the wings!! Usually dragons tend to have those bat-like wings but yours are a bit more thin and are like cloth and that soo great!!xD!~
