Description
A commission for Shepaintswithblood. Its one of her characters [link]It took four scans to get this bad boy on the computer and i'm still not happy with how I managed to put it together. The original is so much better. u.u
But I reckon this is what a Knote would look like if it were realistic.
This was done on watercolour paper and with ink. There's a little bit of acrylic I used to touch up some spots. I'd say the picture is about 18x14?

Ah this was a hard one to send off. I was really happy with how it turned out and wanted it to go in my house lol. Just an excuse to make another one right?

I used watercolor paper, but just normal ink and mixed it with water.
More water for the lighter shades, and less for darker

Wow, this is awesome. I love it. The fur is very realistic and wispy and I love how the tears are pitch black and branch off like that.

They did finish that building though. The teacher who teaches ceramics is kinda a bitch though and won't let out of student students use the kiln or work in the studio. I think I might end up talking to Julius about it but I'm kinda not excited about it. Last thing I want is an instructor with a grudge against me

How did you get the wavy lines of the fur with the ink?
I'm not particularly experienced in this as you can tell.
Did you use a very thin brush?

Awwwww! You made him look so beautiful and handsome and cute even. I just want to lean in and hug his sad head. I really like how you made him more realistic, seeing my creatures portrayed in all kinds of ways is so exciting to me!! The expression is beautiful, you truly, truly portrayed sorrow which is exactly what he is, an essence of misery. His eyes are perfect. I am in love with his neck, you really nailed it which is awesome because I know their crazy llama necks are confusing. The /fur/ oh the fur! it is beautiful, it looks like rippling waters. I really like how you did the fur at the back of his face especially and the way it shapes his head.
Oh my gosh I just cannot stop staring at it. It gives off such a wonderful essence!! I am so in love with this piece you have no idea I will probably show it off to everyone now. I already showed it to mother and she got so depressed (in a good way, she could really feel the mood) she thought this was beautiful too. Thank you so much!!
