Takes up some parts from Galarian Weezing made up by leparagon and made some edits by me, particularly recolonization.

This is my own take on Galarian Koffing. Other takes from others may look different. See here for its Icon.

Front and Back sprites with its shiny sprites are here. All of them fit the 15-color limit of Gen5 games
