Can we have a moment to think about the one sister who isn't here, the rms Britannic

This was shortly after Olympics' collision with the HMS Hawke of which pushed Titanic's completion schedule back a few months as repairs needed to be done to her older sisters' starboard side quarter. As we see on Titanic the forward half of her A deck promenade has yet to be closed in.

Titanic: Left. Olympic: Right. I personally don't believe the switch theory

Me neither. Why would they switch anyway?

Some people say it was because of insurance

Even back then? Still doesn't make sense

Theories never make sense unless you have enough evidence to back it up

Nope. If anything. There's evidence to debunk it. For instance, the promenade decks on the Titanic are enclosed, while they're open on the Olympic.

Right, Titanic had that as well though in the beginning but got it later on before the switch supposedly happened

But there's no proof OR motive of the switch

See? Nothing can prove this theory

But if you think that theory is nutty, wait till you hear the theory that the whole disaster was done for publicity

Apparently it was rammed into the iceberg intentionally

Magnificent job with the picture! Although, I find it odd that the Titanic dosen't have those promeade deck covers that distinguished her from Olympic. I remember seeing her launch photos with them covered, but why not here?

Titanic didn't get her A Deck screens til about the last week in March 1912;;;this pic was taken earlier, when Olympic was back at Queen's Island to get a propellor blade replaced...

Titanic didn't have promeade deck covers during launch. They were added later.

if you see a launch photo with a screened in A Deck, check the stern...if there's a deck aft above the poop, you're looking at Britannic, which had the screens from the start

Does anyone know which is which? I've heard somewhere that the Titanic is the one on the right side.

Yes, I just looked the schematics up and the Titanic's superstructure windows are spaced farther apart.
Also, it seems you have forgotten to colour a the funnel on the tugboat (just a guess, I have no idea what the real ship is) below the Titanic. I'm not sure if it's really gray or not, but I still absolutely love this!
