I bought my very first tablet today! Whoop Whoop! Wacom Bamboo Capture. I absolutely love it, but I'm still trying to get used to it though. Sooo, this looks VERY sketchy, but that's to be expected. And of course Marcie must be my first pic. I'm going to try to start drawing without having to make the little sketch lines =I And I don't know which program is best to use. I used GIMP with this, only because it is what I'm used to. Trying out Paint tool Sai now and Photoshop. *Don't make fun of it, I know it's not that great, lol.

This is from when I had bought a Wacom Bamboo tablet, it is awesome. I definitely recommend that tablet!

Beh! Why all you people gotta make me jelly with your fancy equiptment? Everybody's getting tablets and I'm stuck rocking caveman tools...
Anywho, yeah, it's sketchy, but it still shows good fundementals. Maybe try a bigger brush for a more solid line, I really don't know though because I don't have fancy programs and thus cannot offer any good advice.

Lol, I sorry. well this is the second most expensive thing I have ever bought. My laptop being my first (I'm a poor girl =/) The tablet is actually an early b-day pressie from my 'rents. But it's gonna take A LOT of practice before I'm any good at it. And try downloading GIMP 2.0, it's my fave program so far. I can't use Micro paint at all, so if that's what you're using then your pretty darn good with it!!

Don't be sorry, it's my own fault. I have a very limited amount of money, and I could have chosen to buy a tablet, but I decided to get a bass instead (haha, now me being more deffenseive about the strings of a bass makes more sense). I've been told to downlad Gimp before, I tried and stuff started attacking my screen with info I didn't understand so I gave up. And to answer your non-question, I only sorta kinda use MS paint. I've actually taken to drawing by hand and digitally coloring and editing and such, so it's only like half done in program.
