Ah, he's actually a marshtomp. Mudkip has three spikes on his cheek, his fin things are a different color, and he only has one tail fin (this guy has two, although you can only see one from this angle).

Thank you!! ^^ I do take commissions for regular animal or OC tsum tsums, but I don't take commissions for copyrighted characters. So the only time I make pokemon plushies are for giveaways or as gifts. The exception would be for things like Undertale where the creator has said specifically it's okay to sell fanart.
