A new character! I may work on developing this into a species. He's a smaller variant of something I'd be dabbling with making for awhile.Would you be interested in seeing this made into a species? Have any ideas for traits/lore? Let me know!
He has a mask on if you couldn't tell. ;w; All of this species would wear masks.
He's named after Pacha from the Emperor's New Groove.
