Description Half a page for this one. Quick because I have stuff to do, and sessions of Cowboy Bebop to watch.

Drawing more and more ninjas lately. Mostly Sally (~LastOnePicked ) and myself. Some fanart here and there, but not much, really.
Also trying to figure out different ways of concealing weapons. But not just something like, 'Let's put a knife in our boot.' That's too easy. Not to mention that if you were to really conceal a knife in a boot, it would be tough. You'd have to make it small enough to keep a full range of motion to, hide the fact that you have something foreign in your boot. I like concealments that don't draw a second glance.
I remembered reading this article in National Geographic-- probably a year or two ago, while sitting in my doctor's office, oddly enough-- about poisons. Origins of, some of their uses, their different applications, etc. And when they got to cyanide, there was a photo of a pair of glasses with a set of cyanide pills in the earpieces, so that spies could take them if captured (which led to the KGB teaching its men a specialized grip/choke hold to close the esophagus when capturing them). Which got me to thinking. Sally has glasses. I could see her using poisons. So I figured it would be possible to conceal a super-sharp, super-fine hypodermic needle (probably about the size of a tattoo needle, more or less) in the earpiece, starting with a small knob/handle on the side of the frame. I don't have it completely figured out, though. Just something I'm playing around with.
The second one is a hair comb that works on the same principal as a trench knife.. sort of. Well, more like brass knuckles. But with a blade. Nothing big or flashy, but sharp. I don't have that one completely figured out yet, either. But I've actually had the idea for weeks, so now that I actually have a context to use it in, I'm going for it.

I'm also considering piano wire, because I guess it could be effective if thin and taught enough. A glove with a thin coil in the palm, opposite the dominant hand, to be extracted and pulled tight. I don't know who'd use that one, though. Hm.

Drawing ninjas is pretty fun. Trying to get them to fit and actually look like people you know is not. So far it's really just been me and Sally. But I have a feeling I'll be drawing someone else soon, though. Heh.

It is way too fucking hot. Waaaaay too hot.

Oh man. I'm so rad, I'm being drawn by Nicole.

Ahaha, my emo glasses have suddenly become deadlier...

Pft, please.

Ah yes. It's like.. crying poison. Only not. And you've given me a goal for summer: I want to learn to storyboard, really badly. I've got this idea for a big ninja spar involving probably you and me and ending in a stalemate, and since I can't animate, I want to at least plot it out. By the end of summer. I've got a lot to learn, heh.

I could attempt to teach you. Or at least the parts of storyboarding that I learned that I could decifer out of my teacher's thick accent.

Hm.. it's tempting. But how about this: If I get completely lost, I'm definitely asking you for help. (:
