Thanks. I'm going to have to research whether they nest further north and see if I can catch them. That would be something to see birds in a nest this size!

this is an excellent shot. I love the composition, sharpness, and frozen moment. I would however, return to your original file and try to recover the blacks, as you seem to have lost them here. A decrease in contrast and increase in brightness and/or exposure could possibly give you detail in the blacks.
