All done in photoshop, I used the "fiber" filter to the sea and the one "gran" for the sand.

This looks amazing! I love the detail, and those filters really look amazing for bringing up the level of detail in the water and sand.
The only thing I find weird is the little rivulets in the sand (I assume where water might be running down into the ocean?) They just look a little out of place.
