If you've been reading...He isn't whining...he's been making action in regards to resolve. If there is anyone who whines in the series it was Sakura and Hinata. But Hinata now has resolve...

IF he was whining he wouldn't do anything he wouldn't have a goal or purpose. Haters need to stop hating.

No offence but his every action is motivated by the same whiney thing, he has the complexity of a goldfish and his behavior is just as repetetive.

none taken. it's just that but his actions are justified. Your whole clan is killed off, ordered by the village that you were from. If that happen to me i'd be pissed off to and do something about it. May seem repetitive to you, but he's consistent. He's not flip flopping like Naruto was or how hinata's uncertainty was. He was a strong character to begin with, with a single goal. Keeping in mind the one goal seems simple, but it's harder to execute realistically. Sasuke is more amazing than what the haters think, because they refuse to go back and see things how they are. Quite frankly, I don't care what the haters think because i've looked beyond what they see. Even characters i've didn't liked, have grown on me because i never let any prejudgment or conception keep me from understanding the character...Hinata for example. I'm really happy and proud she has resolve now and is confident. I didn't like her from the begining while others did...Sakura was the same way...but to each their own.

I agree he has reason but its all that makes up his character, there just nothing else too him apart from revenge and it just loses its purpose after Itachi as if they just need to have something for him to complain about otherwise the lack of character becomes clear. Keeping one goal for that long just makes him one dimensional and now he just seems to have lost alot of his relevence to the story.
There are times I almost liked him but his attitude and one dimensional character kept destroying it since unlike characters like Hinata he hasn't really changed or gotten past his flaws.

Kishimoto has stated this year is the development of Sasuke. He basically has got Naruto to his point...but hasn't spent time on Sasuke's end. Which he is doing now. But remember...It's because of Tobi that rekindled the fire for revenge...Tobi took advantage of it...the one thing itachi didn't want sasuke to know...

Remember, this is needed to be. Kishi is writing about fate and breaking the cycle and fate...this is why Naruto and Sasuke are who they are and is deeper than what it seems. Naruto used to be one dimensional as well until Kishi finished Narutos development. It's Sasukes turn this time.

Honestly I found Naruto more intresting before, now he's obsessed with Sasuke he's suffering from the same one dimensional objective problem although he does manage to break it up with the inevitable disasters that've been following. Really I think he needs to work on other characters, the reason so many are popular is they don't get overused and grow tiresom as a result so I think Naruto and Sasuke need some time letting the others handle things.

Here's the thing. Naruto and Sasuke are the most important characters in the story. In fact, Kishimoto said he's going to develop sasuke this year, because he's neglected his development to develop sasuke. Personally i don't think Naruto has gone 1 d. in fact he's become solid and more mature and committed. Because he's focused on a goal doesn't mean he's 1d. Kishimoto has given and resolved other characters (i.e. Shikamaru, Gaara and even Chouji who isn't that important in the story, but has a nice support to Shika.) Kishi has let others handle things, but you have to stay focused on the important pieces. As soon as the focuse leaves the important pieces, things fall apart and get convoluted with too many things. It's okay to break away here and there which he did but now Kishi is trying to resolve and end things. So the focus has to be on Sasuke, since he hasn't completed resolving his character unlike Naruto.

Sasuke and Naruto are anything but 1D. They're focused on their goal. They are two of the same pieces of a puzzle but with different ways of doing it. They have their nuances which keep them from being anything but 1D.

Quite frankly I'm glad Kishi is finally giving Sasuke the attention since he's the other important piece of the story. The story of Naruto isn't about him being Hokage. It's a story of the old generation Ninja and how it shapped the world and how it victimized people (ie. The old Ninja Wars, Danzo's influence on Itachi and the Uchiha clan genocide, Madara vs Harishima,) (Sasuke being one) and How the protagonist (Naruto) plans on defying fate and breaking the chains of destiny (like he did with Gaara, Neji, Tsunade, Kurama(Nine Tails) also Neji's father breaking fate of branch etc.)
