Description
Here's a theme a put together for my wallpaper. I tweaked the translucency for Encoded a bit. You must download the media player from the link below.I had a lot of fun making this wallpaper. [link]
Edit: I put together a slightly darker and cleaner version. It also includes a mediaplayer. [link]

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, you can. I'm not the original author, as long you credit original author when contributing to deviantart.com or any other site, it's fine.

Thanks .
Load the weather skin. Click edit skin. Notepad document should open titled Weather_Grey. There are directions that say "The default weather is set to Los Angeles (code=USCA1192), to get your Weather Code visit (weather.yahoo.com); type in your Zip Code," These instructions are outdated. Sorry I didn't realize this.
Go to weather.yahoo.com. Type in your zip code and select your location. After you have found your location, look at the address bar, there should be a code like USCA1192. Mine is USAR0133 for Arkansas.
Load your weather skin and then click "edit skin". A notepad document should come up titled "Weather_grey".
Find the text that says
"[MeasureWeatherRSS]
Measure= Plugin
Plugin= Plugins\WebParser.dll
UpdateRate= 1800
Url=ht tp://weathe r.yahooapis.com /forecastrs s?p=USCA1192&u=f"
Replace the code from "USA1192" to your code. DO NOT CHANGE the ending "&u=f"
If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask.
