I really like the faces on this and the other character you uploaded along with it. The eyes are super cute, and I like the shapes of the faces and smile here, too. The hair is fun, how it goes from the big, cute pigtails to the kinda tattered cloth look at the ends.

oh geez, I really got Kill la Kill vibes esp with her eye-pigtail things! Was this inspired from it by any chance? Very lovely linework and spunky design.

Thanks! I was actually inspired by a shirt I saw someone wear in Korea (I think it was the brand's logo), but I totally see what you mean by Kill La Kill. I dig that show and it's possible I subconsciously channeled Kamui. |D
