Hello.
Do you know any tutorials on how to make SPA's for MMD?

No I don't, sorry. The add and multiply modes of a sphere texture are exactly the same as the add and multiply blend modes of 2D graphics software, such as GIMP. If I remember correctly, GIMP and Photoshop both have a polar filter which you can use to change an image to a hemisphere-shaped image. A sphere texture is like a specular texture and gives a hemisphere of light shining onto a material. (aka environment lighting).

Oh, so I can basically create a speculator texture in blender?

I don't know how to do that in Blender. I suggest using a 2D graphics program, such as GIMP or Photoshop, for example.

You could make a sphere texture in Blender by rendering an image of a sphere mesh object. I don't have any tutorial instructions for you about how to do that, though.
