She's finally done!

This is Cutout, an AI computer virus. She cuts information out of files, code, etc. and hides in files herself as well.

She is adaptable (Hence an AI) but has a "fail-safe" that keeps her in check... she has no arms, thus cannot manipulate information beyond deleting it, and needs other people to take care of her.

She used to have arms, but they were removed after she tried to defy her programming (hence the harness/ yoke thing on her chest).

She wants freedom more than anything and is known as an indiscriminate killer of programs of all kinds (save the ones that control her)

I may have her be part of Novergs gang, but I'm not sure how that would fit into the lore, regardless she is part of some gang.

I'm not too proud of the tail knife (i made it the wrong shape) but this is one of the pieces I'm most proud of
