this is really amazing work. i've been experimenting with digital collage lately and have wanted to try working with transparencies to sort of replicate the process traditionally. you've given me a lot to think about! thanks so much for the inspiration

That's how I got started on transparencies, too. Was looking for the "multiply" effect on real surfaces. I find that digital and traditional feed each other in a kind of a loop - a lot of my digital learning has been about trying to get an effect I can create with traditional, and vice versa.
