I decided to redo this pic because I have plans to submit it to the WorldCon 2013 art show.
I was unhappy with how it turned out before because my blacklight skills sucked... but I've retouched it and cleaned it up and redone the tracings so it's a lot clearer.

Your work continues to impress me more and more, and this is the old stuff from the Archives! You're barely taking Photos of Models anymore, mostly your Cosplay props. What got you interested in doing all of that, including the Artwork?

I've got a ton of photos and artwork, I just haven't updated Deviant Art in a while.Β Been too busy with work and cosplay projects. XD

Man I've been too busy with my New Job, I'm still in Training but Nesting right now. I'm also trying to get my $$$$ right for Budgeting, I got some Projects upon the Horizon as well. I just need to take time out to work on them let alone get the Supplies and Tools.

Not really, just lots of experimentation, lots of looking everything up online, lots of playing around.

People say Tron, but it reminds me more of more so some sort of tribal war paint. For like a digital age? Like if we got so absorbed into the internet, that we began conquering it, globalizing it. Establishing these hybrids of virtual/living cities Β that then have to defended against invading people/corporations.
It kinda of looks like she has just broken bonds, perhaps she was a prisoner? And now everyone is going to pay.

Who says that's not how the Tron lines started?Β Long ago when Flynn created his grid, all he and Clu had were the neon light jackets.Β People in ancient cultures use war paint to evoke the image of great spirits or whatever they worship.Β Well, Tron was basically a heroic figure from the previous age so the people of the new Grid would emulate him by marking themselves similarly.Β And over time, it became SOP.
