HOSHIT IT'S ART!Well, that's what I'm thinking, anyway. XD I've been completely failing at the arts for months, but after reading this one YA book called The Beautiful City of the Dead (actually pretty good, title aside), I was really caught by the description of one of the main characters, Relly, and decided to have a go at drawing him... It's pretty crappy, but I'm kinda happy with it anyway, if only because I sketched it straight in pen and I love shading hair with Bics. (That's also why I put it in traditional art - neither colors nor lineart took very long, really, but I like the pen sketch a lot.)
Isn't he the cutest little waif? *snugs him*

Hey no problem. Ive actually been looking EVERYWHERE just to see a good Relly picture.But nobody (except you, obviously)has it! One day I just decided to search "Ghost Metal Relly" and then there was youre drawing. So thanks for drawing it- now when I read the book (over and over, as its my favorite) I actually have a picture in my head of him lol.

Well, I really enjoyed it - more than I thought I would at first, actually. XD The only real problem I had with it was that it was too short... ;o; (Then again, six-hundred-page novels can be too short for me - I read REALLY fast, so I need really thick books to last me more than a couple of days! XD )

Actually the title doesn't sound so bad. The problem with YA books in general is that they tend to have happy endings, or in general endings that reflect a somewhat positive view of the world...so I can't really read them...oh well. XD Good use of pen and heavy darks. Love the hair.
