Yo. I wanna give you a critique, but don't have a premium membership T.T. Okay, main thing: DARKEN THE COLORS Dx this is SO gorgeous and well done! If you darkened the colors and upped the contrast, this would be mindblowing : ] try to get rid of the outline on the chin, it'll add a little more depth to the neck. The more deoth you have, the more realistic it looks. Add A LOT of contrast to the black jacket thing, it'll make the face stand out a whole lot more, and be careful with those edges of the jaw; they kinda look a little too edgy/blocky right now. No nitpicks on the eyes/facial thingies XD at all lol. They look gorgeous, but do make the hair a tiny bit darker : ] it looks pretty awesome now, so with more contrast it'll look...er..awsomer? XD haha. This is lovely Dx please don't bite my head off for the advice!

I agree that the colours are light. Usually I use big contrasts, but colour pencils don't work that way on Ingres paper.
You are also right about the chin-line + the hair. The truth is I got lazy and I hate drawing hair.
