Drawn on SRA ;3Finally got done with my picture for Chikas contest! I'm pleased with how this came out, but theres a lot better ones entered!
I took Cass' idea of fish and added my own twist. Its and underwater sky sea? XD;

The scribble colouring is very cool, and something I don't see you do all too often, so it's very neat to see it again. I love especially how the highlights slowly blend into the middlehue with little tickings. It gives texture to the drawing and works well with the lineart.
You drew her very well, she looks so cute. I especially love how you drew the overlapping hair over her face, and outlined her face in dark blue when the hair touches it, giving the hair a transparent effect. It's very awesome.

The lineart is TOTALLY wicked, not to mention how you've drawn out the fur, bangs and even the eyes <33
The shading is totally off the wall, I love how you scribble shaded it, as well as blended so many colours together.
The grass is very well done, and I love the backround too. Very awesome entry and good luck!
