My entry for the Mentor/Apprentice contest being held byThis is Sandstorm and Honeypaw, who are definitely my favourite mentor/apprentice combination. Both are so full of character, and I can imagine that they got on really well. And of course Sandstorm's the best hunter, so they're hunting at dawn. Poor Honeypaw's missed it though xD

I tried a novice attempt at 'cell shading' and I like the outcome owo (especially Honeypaw).
I know this isn't the most 'well-drawn' picture, but I'm hoping it's obvious how much effort I put in and I'm the only one to have done this pair

I didn't remember who Sandstorm's apprentice was, it's too bad she doesn't get much attention for being such a bold character! Anyway the background is super cute
