Tried a different technique with the detail lines, quite like how it came out. Opinions?Done on Photoshop in less than half an hour.

I'm not sure about the extra lines... It kinda defeats the purpose of the simplicity of just having the outline and the main colors. The outline and posture is the important thing, your totodile image was awesome because (not only because its totodile :3) it doesnt have many colors which increases the whole mysteriousness of it and the posture and outline which makes you go "hey thats totodile!". This is nice, though just a little bit too obvious

Still, I'm glad I experimented with it, but your right, the outline and colour works just as well on its own
