Description
This was not the originally intended fractal of the day but that is because I am an idiot, so here's something I had rendered but haven't got around to posting.ΒRelated content

I can imagine this as a mozaic floor inside a white marble palais or temple.... Β

Very nice work - it puts me in a mind of certain 17th/18th century astronomical charts.

Wow.
Just wow.
It's a shame your other work didn't work out, but this piece is perfect all the same. I love the colours and the detail is extraordinary.

You can run Arena?! I find myself wondering if Arena will work on my PC...
Man, Morrowind is fun though. Even though I spent hours wondering why I wasn't levelling up then realised I wasn't getting XP in any of my major skills.Β

yep. the discs came with a DOS simulator and I know they work on win 7. not sure about newer OSs. and I spend a lot of time on UESP wiki. without them, I'd still be in the opening dungeon on Arena.

Ha, I practically lived on that site when playing Morrowind. After like two hours walking round and round in circles trying to find the entrance to a mine, sometimes I have to just look things up.Β

"To find the Mystical Teapot of Bananarama, you must travel to the Daedric ruin of Kytcguvihyugtcdugv, not to be confused with the Daedric ruin ofΒ Kytcguvihyugtcduvg, both of which are near Balmora, and by near, I mean you need to walk so far north of Balmora you end up in Ald'ruhn, then go east. We won't tell you how far east. Just go east. Then look for a weird looking tree and a rock that slightly resembles a cliff racer. Try not to get killed by real cliff racers."

oh my gosh! yeeeeeeeeess! hahaha. and it was SO easy to die. I found the cheat codes and have never regretted using them.
and I actually learned the Daedric font they used so I could read the map.

DEDICATION. I'm impressed.Β
Oh, I used the console fairly often, mostly cos of getting stuck inside objects.Β
And I once turned on godmode cos I kept getting punched to death by this guy. This was before I realised I was using totally the wrong weapon, so I'd swing a billion times, never hit, then he'd just beat me to a pulp, and connect EVERY SWING.
The best way of travelling overland I found was to get some sort of levitation thing and the Boots Of Blinding Speed. I mean you can't see where you're going but hey, there's always the minimap.Β
