Description Shuttleworth Show 4th Oct, 2015, and the last Public display for XH558, first flight 55 years ago, and 558 has been flying again for, 8 years..
Sold out, and fields full of people..

Nations and their people often love an aircraft (Spitfire for Britain, Mustang - US etc..),  but I cannot think of a case where a nation has loved so much a single aeroplane.. This aircraft has done just that..

And as she turned away for very last time, the biggest cheer came after we we had been told that of course, restrictions were in place after the Shoreham tragedy, no wing-overs etc, Vulcan XH558 threw the biggest wing-over I've seen her do.. So what they going to do? Ground it?
well done.. And well done everyone who keep the dream alive.. Now a Harrier or Lightning..

Great photo and sad day when it flew for the last time Dislike that decision since it can fly much more if they would be allowed and factories to keep on making parts and money. But I have a feeling it will fly again one day I didnt get to see it fly but oh well, at least i can one day see it IRL and touch it

From what I gather, the big Companies are no longer giving support.. But, the aircraft has never been in better condition.. It hasn't broken down the whole season.. I suspect we have not seen the last of this aircraft, its way to popular for it fall aside..
Its being keep 'live' at Doncaster.. You can go see it there..
It has not flown for the last time yet, but there are no more public shows..
Sad.. Very sad..

we can only pray that maybe one day... But sadly I doubt it.
