Someone told me she wasn't going to be a downloadable character simply because she 'can't fight'. That is a bogus statment, she can clearly whip that tadpole tail all over the damn place for massive damage. She could also utilize that ice cream scoop to, i don't know, scoop out her enemies eyes? At the very least she could always just use splash attack until she evolves into gyarados. The point is, there needs to be Minette DLC.
