This is Pulse. He was found by BlueJay and Momentum after BlueJay recruited Momentum for the Brotherhood's services. He's a quiet little soul, and I think that if you were to be around him you couldn't help but feel really peaceful inside

Abilities: Being artficially manufactured by The Brotherhood, Peter has enhanced strength and agility, but only has one supernatural ability. He can manipulate pulses (such as acoustic) to his advantage. Unfortunately, these abilities have their drawbacks, such as the fact that Peter's own hearing is damaged when he uses acoustic pulses. He also can't talk normally because his powers prevent him from uttering nothing else but sonic screeches. Thus, he usually wears special headphones at all times to protect himself from harm, and remains mute except when facing villains. Since he cannot hear anything with his special headphones on, he usually depends on different types of pulses (such as pulses people make when walking) to help him detect what he can't hear, such as people sneaking up behind him. He is also susceptible to overload his senses, such as receiving and reading too many pulses at once (which is why he doesn't like loud noises, since their pulses usually overload him).

Personality: Peter was raised like most natural born supers are raised; with their parents wanting to help them but having no idea how. In Peter's case, he was taught not to talk (because when he did he ended up putting big holes in things) and used other ways of communication to get by. As to be expected, he is not one for conversation, and usually prefers leisurely and quiet activities such as reading, taking nature walks, and listening to soft music (or rather, the acoustic pulses sent out by the music).
He, Adrian, and Raina have sort of a parental/son relationship
