Minato and Kushina returned from the dead when Naruto's Guyver unit reacted with a Gelel Stone, completing the process of extracting their essences from the Armor-modified Seal. The differences in their armors are because their bodies aren't Guuyver-enhanced, but are recreations using the Guyver.
