Description
Yup, I will be redoing my EoS series!Now, before you go and run off to buy your pitchforks and torches, hear me out.
I've been working on this new EoS for a few months. I have most of the plot written out and the characters developed in my head, and I have a better idea of what story I want to tell. With the last one, I felt I wasn't really telling the story I wanted, and drawing it felt forced. But I have begun the preliminary sketches for this new EoS, and let me tell you, it is fun as heck. So I think I will be more passionate with creating this comic. Also, I will try to work with fewer characters at once, since I felt a little cluttered with all the pokemon in the last one. This comic will have all new characters, but the basic story is about the same.
However, I will say I have learned a lot from drawing the older EoS, and I have it to thank for getting me interested in dA and helping me be introduced to all of you guys. It will never be finished, but it still holds a special place in my heart.
And to those who won my contest for the new character (Team Firestar), don't worry, your characters are still making a cameo in this series.
I have really enjoyed creating comics for all of you, and I do hope you'll enjoy the new Explorers of Souls. I have already finished the prologue and will upload it soon.

I don't know if you've seen it, or if this is what you're talking about, but I had an older version of EoS (seen here: honrupi.deviantart.com/art/Exp… ). I have scrapped that one so no, they wouldn't be canon.

Glad that you've redone it so that it's easier for you! I had the same problem with too many characters for the comic I attempted before, and is the exact reason why I shut it down. It's really hard to introduce a lot of characters at one time, let alone the beginning. I can't wait to see more of this, and I hope ye have a better and easier time with this! ^^
