Obviously Blizz ingame is going for a more cartoony look so that might be part of it, since the artist here is going for a more realistic look I'm guessing. And cartoony looks usually highlight things that usually is linked with youth such as bigger eyes etc. But I dunno my first impression was still that she's a few years older here.
