This took a bit of time to do..Its my first HD image, and Its purpose is to be a happy wallpaper =]
How I got the idea:
Pretty straight forward, I had my rising sun poster out on my bed cos I took it down for a few minutes, and I had placed my wii classic controller on the poster as I was moving stuff around, and the place I put the controller just happene to be in the center, where the circle is, and then thats where I got the idea.
I first drew it, but it didn't look so good with the classic controller, so I had a think.....and the next controller that came to mind was the NES controller, with a little help from the word 'Classic', so I 'demoed' that on paper, lol and it turned out real good.
So this is the final version, I just messed around with certain effects I could do in the background...like that creased paper thing and the kind of splat thing on the controller itself. Done on Photoshop CS3 =]

It's red and white because it's supposed to be the old Japanese flag, not just colors

1366x768 pweese with cheese? I absolutely love it. I realize it is back in 2008 but still it is amazing. I know I could do a stretch and then crop it to my dimensions but it still can get a little pixelated. I could also try to continue the rays on a larger canvas but then I don't get a color match and a texture imbalance.
