Well, I may not be much into gaia, but I'm EXCEPTIONALLY proud of this banner. It makes me remember why I love my dA username so much.
btw, if anyone else wants that pic of Long John, (it's clearer than any out on teh interwebs, really) just tell me.
Yes, I know Jack looks all squished, but it all fits in that way.

I sing it in the hallways and courtyard at my school. What made my day was one day singing it under my breath in class and my math teacher, who is this six foot nine buff guy, just randomly goes "When you're a professional pirate...you dont have to wear a suit"
He is now my favorite teacher.
