Description
I drew these two mermaids for my animation project:

I first started out with the one on the left, and then turned her into an angler maid. These mermaid designs are really products of laziness due to me working on a RUSH with my animation project. Basically I had Ariel in mind but instead gave her hair pink and star pasties. As for the anglermaid variant, all I did was change the hue on her overall colors, gave her a lure and glow pasties.

While laziness may be a bad thing... I think it helped shape up how my animation.
The pink haired mermaid wasn't exactly supposed to be a character in the movie because she was just going to be used for Timbo's thoughts. The original mermaid I had in mind for my project wasn't really the stupidly cute/hot type since I was going to design her being more cutesy. I ended up using Miss Pink Hair because I was too lazy to design the new mermaid. With her, I ended up changing her personality entirely while my sister made her sound like a valley girl.
