after reading the comment yes i agree vegeta knows she's the hotness and of course hes gonna hide it! but i do really love this page it had me LOL like crazy... people are starting to stare.... the side notes of whats going on in vegeta's head are awesome. people usually take the time to voice bulma's thoughts but tend to shy away from what vegeta might be thinking but you dont and i appreciate it.
i have to tell you the lst couple of panel cracked me up and when im around doing my business this page just randomly pops in my head and i start laughing again. did he really say that out loud? about her hair?? wow again the expressions are awesome (lack of a better word on my part) and you draw very well.
ps you know i actually liked her hair. i mean in the anime it looks too poofy but some artists can make it look real good and convincing in their fanart...

I actually didn't even plan to have him say that. I just noticed on the page before that I drew her hair bigger and bigger and I felt kinda goofy and wanted to make the mistake into a joke. I'm glad there are people like you out there who understand that kind of humor. I was worried people would find it weird and out of place
I usually think more about what's going on in Vegeta's head than Bulma's. Bulma is really extroverted and I think she usually just barfs up whatever comes to her mind. Vegeta is wicked and mysterious and totally introverted and a social wreck... lol
I think most of his conversation goes on in his own head. Of course this here is just kinda silly but it'll become more serious as the story goes on
Thank you for saying I draw well. Most people comment on the story and of course that makes me happy too but I'm especially happy when they comment on the drawings because drawing is the hardest part.
Well I didn't really think too much when I drew the hair comments. I just drew the speech bubble and noticed afterwards that a thought bubble might have been more appropriate. I guess it doesn't matter though. It's just a silly joke and Bulma ignores him anyway lol

Well I decided to have her go to the hair stylist, that's why I kept the weird hairstyle for now. But actually after drawing it so many times I got a little used to it. I don't think it looks so bad when she doesn't wear the headband.

Just remember, in DBZ, in Namek, when he found Gohan (and the little boy hid the dragon ball from him), he said something like "It was a gift from your bald headed friend, and that gorgeous girl he was with" (in the original version he says something about a 'kawaii' girl).
So yeah, he knew how gorgeous she was ^.^

"In the Japanese version of the Namek episodes he referred to her when he was talking to Gohan as "Kawaii = cute"". However, i think he doesn't say anything in Dragon Ball Kai (at least i didn't hear anything about Kawaii or cute...i'll check again ^^)
