Description
This is only the background layer, and it took hours to do. I still need to add the other layers of buildings, add the smoke/fire efects to tohos layers and then get the tiling right and add Depth of Field.EDIT: I added a reflection of the burning city to the water, and a reflection of the pontoon, under the pontoon, and over the reflection of the burning city to preserve realism.
