Do you know if there’s a way to download the brush for free?
if not that’s fine by me.

I'm not sure. I think you have to purchase a membership for that brush? I use Clip Studio and was able to download a brush that gives a similar effect, so I didn't have to use the brush from the tutorial. What software do you use?

I’m using Procreate but I also have clip studio however I don’t use it as often as Procreate.

Cool! I'm afraid that I don't know much about Procreate. I have no idea if there are any sort of triangle or sharp polygon brushes available for Procreate.
I think you could still make it work without the brush, though. It might be a bit more time-consuming, but you could probably manually put little triangles for the sharp-angles. I've done some other drawings without using a sharp-angle brush, and it turned out fine. (Such as Amethyst Pendant - Study ).

Thank you so much! I had a lot of fun working on them. ^.^ I've been needing to practice lighting and shading, so it was great fun to work on something so sparkly.

Beautiful! That seems like a great way to practice shading and how light reflects onto objects

Thanks for your comment! ^.^ And it is a great way to practice. (Especially because I love gems and shiny things. )
