I have to disagree about Grey cattle being dangerous, because every kind of cattle (and animal) can be dangerous. Though these ones are more clever than e.g. Holstein Freisians. Of course, they have huge horns, so you have to be careful while treating them, but they can be very cute and especially curious. I once met a dozen of them on summer practice, they were usually curious and were approaching when I appeared to check if I have something tasty for them.
Oh wait, I have a photo of that

I wrote "sometimes". Their dangerous nature is really comes from their intelligence and they can act rather cunning or really charming. Also I have the impression that they have more expressive body language. I saw them curious and welcoming, but also bewildered or simply edgy especially when they have calves in the herd. During a workshop we approached a farm where several cows and calves browsed in a really big pasture, led by a senior cow and a big bull. It was the blue hour right after sunset and it was unusual beauty as their strong silhouettes were drawn against the blue and red sky with all those magnificent horns, several curving exactly like Hathor's headgear... We just returned from a location by car, and I asked the driver to stop and let me do some shots. As I lowered the window of the car and fumbled for the camera, all they vanished...Β
