二元性—Duality

The scene is the following: the forest had been cut clean. The overturned, torn and broken roots and trunks lie scattered around. The once firm soil that was covered with old leaves, small twigs and myriad of ground level life of the forest is turned into deep and lifeless sand. No birds singing, no bugs buzzing. It is just outside the yard of the old farmhouse that owned and run by the relatives of one of us.
Now imagine this: the Elvenfolks left Lothlorien, and centuries passed by without their care. Once was rohirs developed their industry, and in the hungry need of firewood and ground they cut the Golden Forest clean. And the spirits of the Elves re-emerged from the memories of the dying trees. This is where our story begins. We went over one more step—we tried to imagine the deities of the location and the trees themselves, somewhat in the ways of Shinto.
