This poplar grove is near between Csákvár and Gánt, two villages in the Dunántúl, western side of Hungary, Europe.

This is one of the almost lost but found images I stored on an external HDD that seemed to gone. There were two other backups, a non-readable DVD and a discontinued cloud service... But now the HDD recovered and I gave this image a new RAW development and post-process work for revival. Actually I had very few things to do with it. The colours were nearly perfect (I still have to work out this because DA distorts them in all views! It looks lot more reddish here than on the same monitor on my own site!) and I had to do the sharpening differently because the JPEG artefacts that appeared rather badly. There was fairly strong winds when I did it and the leaves went unsharp from them with this crazy long exposure of 1/6 sec. (Okay, it was all new for me, shooting with a fairly new DSLR and the first ever used solid and sturdy tripod... There were fairly too much new things on DSLR.)

Actually I am fairly happy with this image, and I know at least two prints in 20"×30" hanging in my friends' homes. Now you can buy your copy if you want, either here on DA (with my signature on it) or on my private site (see the link on my user page) without any markings.
