Description
The Woods is right beside my home—a small piece of land wirh some shrubbery, acacias and few other trees behind a bounch of plum trees grown wild and cared after nothing else but God. And there I was too, with my fresh loot: my Mamiya / Sekor 528TL. I did not know what to expect this ominous camera and I took some test photos. I wasn't sure if I actually took this because my Father (R.I.P.) asked something and I made another shoot - perhaps after a small step because the result was this "cha-cha" 3D image.
This is a Universal FreeView image that means, that you can view it without any equipment, simply by a little practice. If you're familiar with the 3D viewing techniques, the sequence is L-R-L. If you aren't, you should try to view it by watching only two images of the three: first give a try to view the left and middle images only, in a way that your left eye should see the left image only and the right eye should see the middle image only. Give it some time and practice. If it doesn't work (it doesn't work for me either ) then you can cross your eyes to see the right image with your left eye and the middle image with your right eye. Either way, if you do it well, there will appear a fourth image that is 3D, e.g. you'll see its depth, too.
I usually do the cross-eyed technique that is easier for me but it could give a headache and some light pain until you'll get accustomed to it. For the parallel viewing technique (the first in the description) will give you a headache, too, but perhaps less pain in the eyes—nevertheless some people like me cannot force their eyes to infinity that needed to see the parallel view and it is way much easier to train my eyes to bear cross-eyed viewing method. Either this or that, the main point is practice. You have to train your eyes to see 3D images without any glasses or other tools. ("Toolses!!!" said my inner Gollum.)
Oh, I almost forgot to mention: this is my very first 3D image in analogue!
