Like the realistic pose you used.
A long arm, I can admit that. If I may give a small piece of advise, when considering the lenght of body parts for a "realistic" human, comparing to other body parts may be useful. example: an arm should reach down to about the center of the thighs. A good hint would be measuring of your own body for hints when working with other body parts.
Perhaps you already knew that, good job anyway, keep going!
