Here's a background scene I drew for my Slashers series back in 2010.

This is one of Professor Coldblood's many inventions: the Cyborg Cloning Machine. This is where all of the cyborg clones that patrol Slashinbern: (Cyborg Clones (2012) ) come from.

The cyborg in the middle chamber is the original and right now he is in tremendous pain because Coldblood (in the lower-right) is once again trying to clone him. Coldblood keeps him in there at all times for convenience. The two cyborgs with the stern-looking faces in the chambers on the left and right are the clones.
