Especially when you decide to go with an appaloosa because the shading can be so tricky to do since there's no real pattern to it. Β You did a magnificent job and deserve the award. Β

I really like the point of view it's drawn in. It gives it a more realistic feel, and yet it looks fantasy-ish in the way you drew it!

people just need to know the key before start a drawing: "avoid perfect frontal or profile drawings", and I know its difficult to draw in 3/4 or perspective and sometimes you realize about it only when you study fine arts. Here you show that you are able to do it, in spite of drawing from a photo, doesnt matter, this horse looks really powerfull and alive. You have great skills . Great drawing!
