Well hi there,
First of all, my overal impression of this work is good, its great. Nice details in overal as well. Specially the wrecks on the right at the foreground has nice details too. The flat on the back, good.
Now what could be enhanced is the lightening. I know this part is the hardest mostly (for me that is). But what i see is that the foreground and background do not really stand out from each other. For instance, you could use some darker colours on the background to design that depth into your drawing. Specially the flats on the left on the background. The lightsource on the background is nice too, i like the sky as well. Perhpas fiddle a bit with adding some extra colours.

I know it sounds a bit strict, and its easy for me to say all this whether i cant do city views like you draw. But hopefully it makes sense what i say.

Nice work, looks really good especially the sky.

The only thing is the real image is drawn so you wont be able to get better than what he has done because its the original

Well done, Hortensie. Though I generally disapprove of copying other's work(though that was the assignment, right?), you definitely have a unique style that seperates yours from the original.
