Description

This is my third redesign of Mei, and so far, I like this one the most! ^_^ There were a lot of complications in the last 2, mainly involving the hair color. Pink is such a hard hair color to make clothes for! There weren't many palette options, so I decided to go with black since Hoshi's (Mei's sister) hair is white so I wanted to treat it like a Yin and Yang thing.
