This is a very interesting design~ I love the way you used the purple swirling details on her grey skin, and how the purple of her clothes tie into that. Her hairstyle is also very interesting, and I like how it goes with the ears. The earrings are also very interesting. I like the rectangular shapes. They contrast nicely with the rest of the design. You did the drapery very well. I love that sort of thing. And I love how it comes from the armbands. The wing is also very nice (does she have two, or just the one?)
One thing that doesn't quite seem clear is whether the purple swirls on her body are tattoos/markings on her skin, or some sort of metal jewelry. I guess that would be hard to show in a flat-colored piece, but maybe there's a way to make that clearer? Looking at it more, I think what confuses me is that that part is outlined, but the markings on her face are not; but it doesn't appear three-dimensional on the edges, like the armbands do. So I guess if you mean it to be tattoos, maybe thin the outline there, so it matches the markings on her face more...? I'm sorry ^_^;; This is a very nice design, though~

First off, let me just say that this is an interesting design! It's really different from what I usually see and the colors you chose really portray the character well since her type is "Thunderstorm Cloud." Though I could agree with the other comment below, maybe you could add a little more grey to enhance the "thunderstorm" effect which I assume is her main trait.

Pose and Spacing:

Pretty interesting pose, like she's a bit annoyed but still has to look good haha. Anyway, your proportion is also pretty spot on and I love the details in the piece, like in the wings and in the lace like design. I don't see much that was lazily done or out of place.
The pose is still pretty "compressed" to me. Maybe it's the wing on the hip giving that impression along with the long loose robe. Both are taking a lot of space which makes it cluttered. Also with the tail, I had a hard time finding it because it blends too well with the feet. You could either put a stronger white outline or change the position of the tail to outside the body. There's a lot of space under her wing for it that you could use. Also, the cropping in the drawing is too small which makes it look cramped. There should be more headspace and space under her feet.

Design and Colours:
As I said earlier, it's a really interesting design! I love how creative it is and the colours are really nice. The lace design thing also adds up nicely.
As said earlier also, the long robes do make it look cluttered and you could either tuck them in somewhere or lessen the areas with loose folds, like restricting them to the arms or something like that. Also the pink lace or tattoo thingie breaks the theme "thunderstorm" and maybe you could consider changing the color to dark purple, yellow or orange or any color that looks "striking" if you get my drift. Also for her hair, it does look pretty crowded there with the ears so maybe you could've drawn the hair at the back so it doesn't mix with the ears and her hair could still he long.

All in all though, this is really nice and what I commented on can be easily changed if you ever wanna change. Keep up the good work!

This is a pretty character design! She's got a pleasant color scheme, and even though the palette is relatively limited, the different individual parts are still colored differently enough that they don't blend together. I think the colors are reminiscent of a cloudy late evening sky, though I suppose she also does look a good bit like a storm cloud. I have to wonder though, if you added a little more black/very-dark-grey in, if that would enhance her "look" a bit?

I do think that you could have made the tip of her tail a bit further out from the same-colored part of her legs, since there's no shading to help separate the two in space. It might also help if you used her tail to enhance the line of motion, perhaps by curving it gently in the opposite direction it's going now.

I almost feel like the cloth draped down from her elbow should be in front of her wing...I'd imagine that since people use their arms in front, that if they had wings at the hip then their arms would generally be in front (and therefore, cloth draped off them), and if the wing did have to be in front while something is/would be touching, then the wing would be tilted forward more than it is here, rather than close to straight up. (and I really hope this makes sense )

Overall, though, I think it's a nice design! Her design seems true to the information in her little bio there, and that's always an important element.
