That is dope to the max. Always nice to see enthralling-but-outdated games get a chance to show their awesome scenes with improved visuals. Sadly, some people can't look past a game's outdated visuals and dismiss the whole thing as lame; getting a chance to their graphical bias out of the equation is nice.
I LOVED this scene; such a good moment for everyone's character. Sonic showed his rarely-seen sensitive side, Amy got a fantastically-serious scene she's never had since, Eggman was ABSOLUTELY cunning and ruthless and Tails got to show that he's smart, but too nice for his own (and Sonic's) good (to say nothing of his badass fight after this scene).
But how did you know it was a fake?

Man...I miss Serious-Eggman. Funny-Eggman is nice in Sonic Boom but seeing clips of SA2 recently reminded me of how cool and intimidating he used to be.
