my entry for 's This is Horror contest, Intermediate level.

The meaning behind the 'horror' here is the visual of ruin provoked from the constant struggle to deal with the pain, even though - specially - because it's all fully self inflicted.
That heart should've been physically a little further away though in order to properly pull the hair out of its roots in the attempts to stab it, but oh well, this already had more attempts at anatomy and physics than I'm capable of drawing.
