Current French tricolour is young and represents political system of France, not the language used in Belgium and Canada too. So I tried to make new Francophone flag. Known French symbols are lily and rooster. Rooster is symbol of Wallonia too, so I used it from Wallonian flag. Four lilies are in flag of Quebec, they are all white. I have two lilies yellow, as in CoAs of Canada and Spain, because yellow lily is French symbol. Upper left lily represents Quebec. Upper right lily represents Wallonia: flag of Wallonia has yellow background. Lower right lily represents Monaco: its flag has white stripe. And lower left lily represents current and former overseas areas of France. I know I use the word "lily" instead of "fleur-de-lis", but it sounds good. Background is blue, because it is common color of current republican and former monarchical flags of France.
